Terms of purchase
Sign of Sweden is operated by Duly AB ( 559153-0901 ) and has its registered office in Stockholm , Sweden. The company's postal address is Observatoriegatan 5.
If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to [email protected] with your case and your contact information and we will get back to you shortly.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately (within 5 minutes of ordering) contact us by e-mail to the contact details under point 1.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct information when ordering (do not enter more characters than those allowed for each product).
The customer is responsible for using only letters and numbers for embossing. Other characters will not be accepted and your order will be denied / canceled if the order contains characters other than letters and numbers.
We can not offer, for example, é (accent), when ordering with an accent / acute accent, the letter is printed without an accent. We also do not take responsibility for the placement of print or spaces (we do not usually print spaces))
We only print capital letters (capital letters). The customer accepts this by accepting these terms. This also applies if the customer has entered lowercase letters (lowercase).
We have a standard space between letters and characters that we use, and can not print extra / smaller spaces according to the customer's request. By accepting these terms, you agree to our standard spacing.
If no characters are specified, the product is sent to the customer without printing. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct information at the time of ordering.
Colored leather can smell because of this, which the customer is obliged to know and this is not a basis for complaint.
Gift box not included.
Mobile cover with pocket - the pocket is attached with glue and has a slide function . The pocket comes loose if you pull it straight out (not recommended).
When buying between companies, the Purchase Act applies . See below for details. We offer no guarantees.
If the customer specifies the larger font and / or too many characters, we reserve the right to print in the smaller font instead.
We reserve the right not to pack in the gift box if these are out of stock (and do not charge for this)
The customer is refunded for the gift box if the gift box is empty.
A maximum of one card is recommended in our card pockets for mobile covers.
We offer free shipping within Sweden. For shipping to the rest of the Nordic region, the cost is SEK 99 and for the rest of Europe SEK 249. We work with Postnord, Schenker and DHL
Our normal delivery times (not express shipping ) are 3-9 working days. By accepting these terms, however, you agree that delivery with free shipping can take up to 15 working days.
If the delivery time differs from our normal delivery times, this is stated in the product description (the description of each product that is on each individual product page). The information is easily accessible and is clearly stated with the aim that the customer should know the conditions for a possible purchase. The customer is responsible for checking the product description before these conditions are approved. NOTE! Orders placed on Fridays and weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.
Express shipping can be chosen at extra cost, which means delivery in a shorter time. Orders after 12.00 are sent the following working day. Delivery time may vary. In the event of a delay, only the fee for express shipping is refunded, not the value of the goods. The purchase cannot be canceled due to a delay in delivery.
Should delays in delivery occur, you should contact us at the e-mail address under point 1. However, you are responsible for reading the product information before purchase where information about any longer delivery time may appear.
Uncollected packages: Your package is with your postal agent for a maximum of 14 days, then it is returned to us. Packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer the extra costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee that arise. The handling fee is SEK 350 .
Returns are only possible for items which has not been personalized. We do not offer free returns, and a return is payed by the costumer. Please note that returns are possible within 14 days from recieving the item. If you would like to return an item, please send us an email in advance, to state which item you will send back. All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include VAT of 25%
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
We reserve the right that any discount codes may expire / expire without us notifying the customer. We do not guarantee that issued discount codes are valid.
Different offers / discounts cannot be combined.
The customer is responsible for entering any discount code at the time of purchase. Discount code can not be entered afterwards.
If the discount code does not work, the customer must contact Sign of Sweden via email before the purchase is completed. If the customer does not contact Sign of Sweden before the purchase, the discount code cannot be entered afterwards.
Discount code may only be used once per purchase.
Mobile shell with metal letter is considered to be personalized and can not be returned.
A discount code is valid for a maximum of one month. Codes older than one month have expired and cannot be used.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. More information about returns, exchanges and complaints is available on request. Mail then [email protected].
The right of withdrawal does not apply to ordered goods that are manufactured according to your wishes ( eg products with their own initials, metal letter or other print).
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us the contact information under point 1. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
We exercised our right of withdrawal, we have the right to reclaim all products sent from us at the same order.
If you return part of the offer, the offer ends and you pay the full price.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging. For exchanges, SEK 49 will be added to the fee.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.
Mark the return with your order number. We are not able to receive the return type " Registered letter ", or other letters that require manual collection from a postal agent. Sign of Sweden is not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
If Sign of Sweden receives a return of a product that has been made personal (eg engraving, metal letter), we can unfortunately not approve the return. If the customer wishes to have the package sent out again, SEK 99 will be added. 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
The right of withdrawal does not apply when the customer has used the offer buy 2 for 1 where a product has been selected with personal print. In these cases, the offer falls if the customer wants to return the item that does not have personal pressure. No refund will be made, which the customer is obliged to know before accepting these terms.
Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.

Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we have the right to rectify the defect free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent via email immediately after the defect has been discovered.
Normal wear (eg pressure that fades) is considered normal and does not replace.
Note that pressure can fade over time, which is also considered normal wear that is not replaced.
When buying between two companies, the rules of the Purchase Act apply. Companies that buy products from Sign of Sweden are obliged to know that we do not offer any guarantees.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any defects and defects must always be reported to us through the contact information under point 1 where you enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the defect as well as pictures of defective goods.
If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

Note that personal printing is a craft and therefore both form and result can vary.
Normal wear is not replaced.
We recommend handling the engraving carefully when it is handmade. Some bleaching of the pressure can occur over time.
Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control. These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
We do not take responsibility for the customer stating incorrect letters or color on print when ordering. Information about print (characters and color) can not be changed after placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse / cancel all or part of your order. If we choose to refuse / cancel all or part of your order, you will receive information about this to the email address you provided. The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address. Any payment will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order if you enter too many characters than those indicated as permitted for the product.
We ask our customers to handle the pressure on the products with care.
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products.
We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
The customer is responsible for checking information about the product (such as color, material) before ordering.
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees that he is aware that placement and pressure can differentiate depending on the product and pressure.
